Adobe Reader is required to access the forms (except the Event Evaluation form). This is a
free download; to get Reader for your computer, click
here.
The Event Evaluation Form doesn't need to be printed. Simply fill it out online, then click
the "Submit" button. It will automatically be sent to the Area I Chairman and Organizer of
the event for which you are submitting the form. If you have trouble, email the
webmaster.
